Terms and Conditions for the Bird Week Competition
This competition offers participants a chance to win an original etching by Bridget Farmer. The competition is held to promote Bird Week and the work of Birdlife Australia with Bird Week. Bridget Farmer Printmaker is not affiliated with Birdlife Australia, Bridget just thinks they're cool.
The competition is open exclusively to Australian residents. 
To enter, participants must complete the entry form provided on the official Bridget Farmer Printmaker website.By entering, participants agree to be added to the Bridget Farmer Printmaker mailing list.
By entering the competition, participants grant Bridget Farmer the right to use their submitted entries for promotional and artistic purposes, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, books, and other marketing materials.
The competition opens on 1/10/2024 and closes at midnight 12/10/2024. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered.
The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email within 1 day following the closing date.
The prize consists of one original etching by Bridget Farmer. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Bridget Farmer and affiliated parties are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise from participation in the competition or the acceptance of the prize.
This competition is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and is run in compliance with both Consumer law and the Privacy Act. Entrants must be 18 years or older to participate.
Bridget Farmer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
